justteachers has over 45 staff across the UK and in Australia offering a professional first class service to our teacher members and schools. We know that it is important for you to know who you are speaking to so we would like to introduce some of the Team serving Lincolnshire:
Helen
As a mother of two children, Manager Helen understands the importance of having the best teachers in schools, the kind she would want teaching Lily and Charlie. She recently got engaged to her long-term partner Andrew and they are busy planning for their wedding in Spring next year. Helen has previously worked in various sales-focussed roles but now enjoys the camaraderie of being part of the successful Education Recruitment Team at justteachers.
Louise
Louise joined justteachers in 2009 as an Education Recruitment Consultant for the Lincolnshire area. She previously worked in sales-focussed roles in the holiday cottage industry and jewellery retail sector. When not running around after her two young children, Leo and Ellie, Louise enjoys meeting up with friends. She is also interested in the entertainment industry and enjoys watching her favourite football team, Manchester United.
Adam joined justteachers in 2010 working along side Lindy in the Sales Support team. He has spent the last 12 months building his knowledge of the Education Recruitment sector in preparation for his progression into the role of an Education Recruitment Consultant after Christmas. With a background in Retail, Adam has previously worked as part of a leadership team and also for a printing company. In his spare time he enjoys a good film, socialising with his friends and girlfriend and travelling abroad.
Lindy
Sales Support Officer Lindy joined justteachers from a Human Resources background but also has experience of working in the IT sector and the Social Care Recruitment industry. When not supporting the Education Recruitment Consultants at justteachers, Lindy likes to spend her spare time catching up with friends and playing golf and rounders for a local team.
Helen
Bubbly personality Helen recently returned to justteachers following the lovely arrival of her baby son Max. She joined justteachers in 2007 as an Education Recruitment Consultant for the Lincolnshire area and has since taken on a new sales support role since returning from maternity leave. Coming from a travel industry background Helen is a former travel agency manager and overseas holidays representative.
